Hampton Roads Sapphire Veterans, Inc. was founded in 2023 by women veterans who recognized a need to support, educate, and build a community among female veterans across Hampton Roads, Virginia. Since then, we have grown into a thriving nonprofit, giving back to our veterans and community each year.
